The Framework Plan
The Framework Plan came out of the first phase of design for The 606, and represents the ideas from which the second design phase took off. The preliminary design process leading up to the completion of the Framework Plan included several public meetings, an inventory of the condition of the trail and park sites, the design charrette, geotechnical and environmental studies, and the creation of design guidelines and a phasing plan.
